发展历程

1986年

轻工业部批准，成立中国轻工机械总公司乳品机械联营公司，包括甲级设计院、甲级安装公司、国家乳品研究中心、大专院校和乳品设备制造企业等17家企事业单位。

Upon approval by the Ministry of Light Industry, "Dairy Machinery Associated Company of China National Light Industry Machinery Corp." was founded,consisting of 17 enterprises and institutions including class A design institutes, class A installation companies, National Dairy Research Center, colleges and universities, as well as dairy equipment manufacturers.

 

1986年

中国轻机协会乳品机械专业委员会在公司成立。

The Dairy Machinery Comittee of China Light Industry  Machinery Association was established in our company.

 

1987年

发行了“乳品机械”季刊，1995年停刊，共发行32期。受轻工业部的委托在杭州主持召开第一次乳品行业会议，截止到1995年共主持召开九次行业会议。

We pblished he quarterly "Dairy Machinenry", whose publicaion was stopped in 1995 with a total of 32 isues. Apoined by the Mnisty of  Light ndusty, we neld the irst meeingf the dairy idustyint Hangzhou. By 1995 we have toal held nine idusty meetings.

 

1989年

在北京西郊乳品厂建设了行业第一条婴儿配方奶粉生产线。

We built the first infant formula milk powder production line among the industry in Beiing  Xijiao Dairy Plant.

 

1991年

中国乳业协会机械设备委员会在公司成立。

The Machinery Committee of  Dairy Association of China was established in our company.

 

1993年

中国轻工机械总公司全资收购“乳品机械联营公司”更名为“中国轻工机械黑龙江乳品机械公司”

After purchasing the "Dairy Machinery Associated Company", China National Light Industry Machinery Corp. Was renamed as "Heilongjiang Dairy Machinery Company of China  National Light Industry  Machinery Corp'.

 

1994年

研发应用了国内乳品行业第一台生产加糖速溶奶粉和配方奶粉的塔外振动流化床和卵磷脂喷涂装置，并通过了部级鉴定。

We researched, developed and applied the first external vibration fluidized bed and lecithin coating device for producing sweetened instantmiik powder and formula milk powder in China's dairy industry, and passed the ministerial appraisal.

 

1995年

与美国波顿公司合作制造安装了国内乳品行业第一台上进风上排风干燥塔(MSD)。

We cooperated with USA Boston Company to jointy manufacture and install the first MSD spray drying dryer.

 

1996年

公司成为国际乳品联合会中国国家委员会委员单位。

Our company became a  member of China National Committee of International Dairy  Federation.

 

2000年

中国轻工机械黑龙江乳品机械公司出资，在北京、唐山分别成立了“北京中轻机乳品设备有限责任公司”和“唐山中轻机乳品设备有限责任公司”

Heilongjiang Dairy Machinery Company of China National Light Industry Machinery Corp. invested in establishing "Beijing CLIM Dairy Equipment Co.,Ltd. and "Tangshan CLIM Dairy  Equipment Co.,Ltd." in Bejing and Tangshan respectively.

 

2002年

北京中轻机乳品设备有限责任公司出资与乌鲁木齐畜牧厅合资成立了“乌鲁木齐分公司”、与轻工部西安机械研究所合资成立了“西安分公司”。

Beijing CLIM Dairy Equipment Co.,Ltd. established the "Urumchi Branch Company" through joint venture with the Department of Animal Husbandry of Urumchi, and the "Xi'An Branch Company' through joint venture with Xi'An Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry.

 

2003年

与法国TGE公司合作制造安装了国内第一台生产配方奶粉的浓奶加热器。

We cooperated with France TGE Company to jointly manufacture and install China's first concentrate  heater for producing formula milk powder.

 

2006年

建设了国产第一套无水黄油生产线。

We built the first set of homemade anhydrous milik fat production line.

 

2007年

中国轻工机械黑龙江乳品机械公司改制成为民营企业，并出资建立“固安中轻机乳品设备有限责任公司”，做为公司的研发和生产基地。

While Heilongjiang Dairy  Machinery Company of China  National Light Industry  Machinery Corp. Was reorganized into a private enterprise, we invested in establishing "Gu'An CLIM Dairy  Equipment Co.,Ltd.", which  served as our research, development and production  base.

 

2008年

公司承担了国家“十一五”期间乳品行业“乳品加工关键技术及设备的研究与产业化开发"子课题的研发，完成了低温喷雾干燥塔和奶酪生产自动化的研制，并通过了验收。

We undertook the research and development of the sub-topic of study and industralization developmentof key dairy processing technology and equipment for the dairy industry during the 11th Five-year Plan period, completed the research and development of low temperature spray drying dryer and automated cheese production, and passed the acceptance.

 

2009年

研发并应用了国内乳品行业生产奶粉用的第一台蒸汽直喷式杀菌器(DSI)。

We researched, developed and ppled the frt direct steam  niectionpasteurzer (DSI) for producing milk powderin China's dairy industry.

 

2010年

研发并应用了国内第一套生产甜炼乳用连续组合式浓缩蒸发器技术。“国家农产品加工技术装备研发分中心”设在公司。

Weresearched dlelped and appie China's frst set of  Continuous combined evaporator for producing.

"R&D condensed mik. The Cender 80 Nalorall Ariut Products Processing ipment was Tecnnology and Equipl established in our company.

 

2011年

研发应用了国内第一台单锥有冷风夹套和护壁风的生产番茄粉、樱桃粉等果蔬粉干燥塔，并用间接式燃气热风炉取代了蒸汽锅炉。

We researched, developed and applied China's first single -cone drying dryer provided with cooling air jacket and wall protection air system for producing tomato powder, cherry powder and other fruit & vegetable powder, and replaced the steam boiler with indirect gas-fired hot blast furnace.

 

2012年

建成了国产第一条干燥塔水份蒸发量为3000kg/h的配方奶粉生产线。

We built the first set of homemade formula milk powder production line with a drying tower of an evaporation capacity of 3000kg/h.

 

2013年

与瑞士布赫公司合作制造安装了国内乳品行业第一台生产奶粉用机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发器(MVR),其水分蒸发量为21000kg/h。

公司牵头承担了国家“十二五”期间乳品行业“干乳制品关键设备开发与产业化示范”课题的研发，完成了机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发器(MVR)和三级喷雾干燥塔的研制及示范线的建设。

We cooperated with Switzerland Bucher Company to manufacture and Install the first mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) with an evaporation capacity of 21000kg/h for producing milk powder in China's dairy industry. 

We undertook the research and development of the topic of "development and industrialization model of key equipment for dried dairy products" for the dairy industry during the 12th Five-year Plan period, and completed the research and development of mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) and three- stage spray drying

tower, as well as building of model lines.

 

2014年

研发并应用了国内第一套炼乳连续生产结晶冷却装置。

We researched, developed and applied China's first set of continuous condensed milk production, crystallization and cooling device.

 

2015年

承建河南科迪集团单体日产1200吨液态奶生产线。制造安装了第二台机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发器(MVR)，其水分蒸发量为36000kg/h。

We buit a lquid milk production line with a daily output of 1200 tons in the monomer of Henan Kedi Group. 

We manufactured and installed the second mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) with an evaporation capacity of 36000kg/h.

 

2016年

与瑞士布赫公司合作制造安装了国内乳品行业第二台婴儿配方粉专用机械蒸汽再压缩蒸发器，水分蒸发量为6500kg/h。获得相关专利。

We cooperated with Switzerland Bucher Company to manufacture and install the second mechanical vapor recompression evaporator with an evaporation capacity of 6,500kg/h for producing infant formula milk powder in China's dairy industry and were granted  patents.

 

2017年

公司牵头承担的国家“十二五”期间乳品行业“干乳制品关键设备开发与产业化示范"课题项目通过了验收。

The project of "development and industrialization model of key equipment for dried dairy products" during the 12th Five-year Plan period undertook by our company passed the acceptance.
